Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does an Event Video cost?
    Like all our videos, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter price list for Events. We’ll look at the individual needs of your video and create a custom quote to match, usually with a few different options. The variables for events include the number of cameras and camera operators needed, whether or not a producer is needed on location to coordinate the rest of the crew and conduct interviews and whether or not an audio engineer is required - just to name a few.
  • Can you film my outdoor event?
    Yes, we can - we’ve covered many outdoor events such as sporting days, concerts and festivals. Outdoor events come with some of their own potential challenges - such as inclement weather and audio issues - however it’s nothing we haven’t seen and dealt with successfully before.
  • Can you offer a same day edit?
    Yes, we can. Same day edits are increasing in popularity with the rise in demand for immediate social videos. A same day edit could be a longer, live-cut edit of an event with multiple cameras, or a short highlights video. Keep in mind that if you want a same day edit we’ll require an extra crew member on location whose sole job will be gathering and editing footage to have ready for you at the end of the day.
  • Can you live stream my event?
    Live streaming is also increasing in popularity, with many events being required to move online or drastically cut the number of attendees due to Covid-19 restrictions. We can live stream your event to your desired platform so that anyone can join in from home. Live streaming may require additional crew members and equipment, especially if you’d like a live edit.
